Teach2Give Honors 55 Chicago Public School Teachers

ChiGivesBack honored 55 Chicago Public School teachers at our annual #Teach2Give Honors. #Teach2Give prevents selected CPS teachers from having to dip into their personal savings to build and design their classrooms.

This program launched in 2019 and to date we have honored over 175 Chicago Public School teachers by providing them with classroom resource and decoration kits — this has benefited over 6,750 CPS students.

This year, selected teachers received classroom resource and decoration packages valued at $250. #Teach2Give has generated over $40,000 in resources to support local educators who are committed to building great learning environments, which starts with the aesthetics of the classroom. The event was emceed by ABC Fox 32’s Bryesha Adams who was raised by a family of educators.
